The California Financing Coordinating Committee (CFCC) was formed in 1998 as a cooperative between eight funding agencies (five state and three federal) to educate the public and local government entities about financial and technical programs available from CFCC member agencies. Funding Fairs are conducted statewide each year to market CFCC member programs to potential applicants.
